Superstar Rajinikanth will do a cameo role in Shah Rukh Khan's much awaited film 'Ra.One'. He is about to join the crew on October 4, at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
There is a scene in Ra.One wher the superhero G.One is meeting a gang of baddies, another gang appears armed with deadly weapons. When the life of G.One’s impendent, a super-car armed with gadgets that suck up all the weapons drives in. The scared superhero G. One asks his ladylove Kareena Kapoor about the man in the car, the door opens and Rajinikanth steps out.
This will be a double windfall for Hindi film lovers as they will get to watch two superstars working together for the first time. Shah Rukh Khan had earlier said that 'Ra.One' has a tribute for Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth will be back to shootin as he has avoided shooting in recent times due to bad health.
Rajinikanth's Tamil movie Endhiran, science-fiction film released in 2010 broke many box office records.
Promos of RA.One and Endhiran appears to be similar. However Shah Rukh Khan said that his release is different. He said that both are different films. He added that he will not like to talk about anyone else's film but Rajni sir is respectable to all of them. He said that they have a tribute to Rajni sir in the film.
The music has been released and is well accepted by the audience. International pop singer Akon has sung for the first time in any Indian film in 'Ra.One'.
RA.One will be released on 26th October 2011.
